This is a digital painting done from life! I really loved getting to work from life digitally. I wish it was more portable so I could do that all the time. This was a 45 minute assignment.

Texture Pages!

Textures.

Watercolors are pretty much my favorite medium, and I love their texture. These are textures that I sell online. They are not full resolution because I don't want to shoot my sales in the foot. :)

Speedpaintings!

These turned out rather dark actually! Perhaps that's just the JPEG though. I think getting my light/darkness balance correct is going to be an issue with me when I digitally paint. I become much more conservative about highlights AND shadows when I use a computer than when I use real paint.
